Southern California-based Ways & Means Oyster House recently announced plans to open two Hawaii restaurants — one at Royal Hawaiian Center on Oahu and the other at Shops at Wailea on Maui — as part of a larger expansion throughout the country.
The restaurant, which opened in early 2016, currently has two locations in Huntington Beach, California, and Tigard, Oregon. Its expansion roll-out begins later this month with the opening of a third location in La Jolla, California, and also will include additional sites in Del Mar, California, Austin, Texas, and Los Angeles for a total of eight restaurants.
“Hawaii is the most exciting, though,” Ways & Means co-founder Jennifer Delcham said with a laugh. “We kind of fell in love with it, and now we’re just so excited we can’t stand it.”
