Taquitos Mexicanos Recipe


1Divide beef into 12 portions.

2Warm tortillas, spread strips of beef across a tortilla.

3Roll up tightly to form taquito, fasten with toothpick.

4Repeat process with remaining tortillas.

5Heat oil in deep skillet and fry several taquitos at a time, turning until crisp.

6Remove and drain on paper towels.

7Remove toothpicks, serve warm with guacamole or sour cream dip.


2 cups shredded beef

12 Don Pancho corn tortillas

Oil for deep-frying


Sour cream (optional)
