Maui-based Paia Fish Market recently opened its first Oahu location in Marriott’s The Laylow hotel on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki.

The seafood chain, which has three locations on Maui, will be joined by two other restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel: new concept Uncle’s New York Pub and Grill, and Seoul Tofu House.

Paia Fish Market was started by Moonstar Greene and Yuri Soledade and first opened in 1989. The new location, which is the fourth for the seafood chain, is situated on the Duke’s Lane side of the boutique hotel. The seafood restaurant’s menu includes fresh catch plates, tacos, pasta and salads. Menu prices range from about $10 for lunch plates to $20 for dinner dishes, like seafood pasta and fajitas.
