Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina has partnered with celebrity chef Michael Mina to rebrand its signature restaurant, Fish House.
Mina’s Fish House has a grand opening slated for December, and will include architectural and decor changes for the beach-side eatery as well as an outdoor bread oven and private dining room. It will also have a new menu featuring locally caught fish.
“We are incredibly excited as we take on the next step in positioning our resort as an epicenter for culinary experience in Hawaii,” Sanjiv Hulugalle, general manager of the Four Seasons, said in a statement. “This exciting evolution of Fish House will usher in our 2017 festive season.”
Michael Mina currently has one restaurant and one food hall on Oahu—Stripsteak and The Street—both located at the International Market Place in Waikiki. In an emailed statement, the chef said it has been a long-time dream “to have a fish restaurant on the water in Hawaii.”
